WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE TERMS:

Limited 30-Day Warranty

Our Limited 30-Day Warranty starts upon delivery.  It covers hardware malfunctions only and guarantees the item will work as described. Cosmetic imperfections that are due to normal use of a pre-owned item are not covered under warranty.  These marks do not affect the performance or functionality of the item.  The warranty is null and void if the issue is the result of any of the following: dropped item, broken item, stolen item, water logged, power fluctuations, user error, misuse, software, compatibility issues, lack of technical expertise, driver issues.  Any tampering, repairs or alterations to the unit will render the warranty null and void.

For laptops, each battery has been tested and charged; however, the life of the battery is not covered under any warranty.

Non-DOA

Items covered by our Non-DOA warranty cannot be fully tested but have been powered up.  There are no guarantees of further functions.  We must be contacted within 5 business days upon delivery if item is DOA.

AS-IS

Computer parts and laptop parts have been tested working. There is no guarantee or warranty covering these items, they are sold AS-IS. Compatibility issues, lack of technical expertise, driver and software issues are beyond our control. It is the buyers responsibility to research compatibility of items to be purchased. There are no returns or exchanges offered on these items.

RETURNS:

If you have any questions, please contact us. 5R Processors, Ltd., subsidiaries and affiliates are not responsible for return shipping in any situation. Items returned without an RMA will be refused.  There is a 15 percent restocking fee on all returned items.

5R Processors, Ltd. strives to provide quality material and service. We try to include accurate descriptions and images in each listing. Our warranty does not cover compatibility of products with your system, misuse, mishandling, or lack of technical expertise. Warranty begins the day shipper reports delivery. In placing an order, you agree to all Terms and Conditions described herein. 5R Processors, Ltd. will not make exceptions to these policies for any reason.

Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday CST. We are closed weekends and holidays. Any emails received during non-office hours will be replied to the next business day.
