We offer computer and electronics recycling, refurbishing, waste processing, in addition to metal recycling services. We accept all industrial scrap and wastes capable of yielding commodity grade glass, plastic, copper, steel, aluminum, gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. At our facilities, we transform discarded and obsolete electronics into new materials for remanufacturing. Equipment that has been destroyed and shredded will be used to manufacture new products.

Environmental Liability:

- 5R Processors Ltd. provides RCRA compliant recovery and recycling with end-of-life certification.
- All materials that cannot be reused are sorted into various categories and marketed for use back into the manufacturing stream.
- Each lot of material is assigned a control number when a movement is originated and tracked until final disposition.

Data Cleansing and Destruction:
- Guaranteed security of customers' proprietary products with complete data cleansing and removal on all media.
- Total data destruction through shredding provided at customer request.
- Certificates of Recycle and total Data Destruction provided.
Demanufacturing and Reclamation:
- Reclamation of circuit boards and other units containing components.
- Through demanufacturing, electronic equipment is dismantled to base components such as circuit boards, wire, metals, plastic and glass.
- By dismantling equipment to its base components, 5R Processors eliminates any future liability.
- Customer may identify equipment or components as scrap, for processing directly by 5R Processors' environmental processing team.
- 5R Processors does not generate waste through our processes. All material is moved through our operations under proprietary channels.
Consumer Collection Programs:
- Maintain and manage residential electronics collection programs through franchise agreements, contracts and other arrangements.
- 5R Processors has established a partnership with Goodwill Industries, Inc. in Knoxville to bring low-cost Pentium-level computers to families, students and those with special needs in East Tennessee.
- Customer may identify equipment or components as scrap, for processing directly by 5R Processors' environmental processing team.
- 5R Processors also offers schools and nonprofit organizations the opportunity to bridge the digital divide and raise funds through low cost computer sales.
