Shipping Policy:At
this time we are only accepting orders within the United States. If
there is an item you are interested in but are located outside of the
United States, please contact us using the email option on the
Help/Contact page.
Customer Pickup:Purchases
can be picked up between the hours of 8:00am to 3:30pm CST Monday
through Friday. Buyers must email in advance to plan a pick up time and
date.
Payments: At this time we are only accepting credit card payments. The credit card being used but be registered to an address within the United States.
Office Hours:Our
office hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. We are not
available for email outside business hours, or over major holidays.
Warranty Information: Our items sold in our online store are backed by our 30-day guarantee. If the item should fail please contact us via email. This allows us to track all concerns or questions per order. If available, arrangements for a replacement will be made. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed upon arrival of the original item at our facility. 5R is not responsible for any return shipping. Any
testing performed will be included in the description. Warranty does not
cover compatibility, mishandling, or lack of technical expertise. Items
serviced by anyone other than our technicians are no longer covered by
warranty.
Returns: Communication must be done through EMAIL. If there is a concern with a warranted item you must contact us via EMAIL
or through the Help/Contact page within the warranty period. Buyers are responsible for return shipping
costs on all returns. You must receive an RMA number in
order to return your item. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
